Not satisfied with your order? We're here to help!

At Crypto Shirts Co, our goal is to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer replacements within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The product has a defect or fault.
• The print quality does not meet our standards.
• The item received is not what was originally advertised on our site.

If you experience any of these issues, please email us at hello@cryptoshirts.co and include photos of the item, along with any additional close-up images you believe are necessary. Our team will review your claim, and if it’s approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

For any other inquiries, please contact us at hello@cryptoshirts.co. If your request is valid, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning or exchanging items. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item and it is inspected.

Important: Unauthorized returns, or returns of items that have been washed, worn, or damaged, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

My shirt doesn’t fit—what can I do?

If you’ve ordered the wrong size, we offer exchanges for unworn, unused, and unwashed apparel items within 30 days of the delivery date. Exchanges can only be made for the same style and color, in a different size. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges. Please note that exchanges are limited to one per item, and non-apparel products such as posters, hats, and phone cases cannot be exchanged.

Refunds (when applicable)

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Haven’t received your refund?

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please start by checking your bank account again. Then, reach out to your credit card company or bank, as refunds often take time to process. If you’ve done all of this and still don’t see your refund, please contact us at hello@cryptoshirts.co

Sale items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To begin a return, contact us at hello@cryptoshirts.co to request a Return Authorization Number. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item, which are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.

For items valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
